@Applebees Don’t order from Applebee’s specially if you use their app. They’ll bring your food out late conserve it to you cold and expect you to still take it. Been waiting four weeks for a refund. Still have not received it. Not worth the headache.

@Applebees Contacted your customer service 2 times now. This is from an order that was placed on 22 January. Still have not heard anything back from anyone. Still can’t get a refund for bad service and cold food.

@Applebees Just wanna warn people not to use your app due to if there’s any type of issue with the food you can’t get any type of refund or customer service. It extends from the restaurant all the way up in the management into ownership.

@Applebees Apparently, your bad service starts at the top. Been on the phone with your guest contacts three times and I have to keep calling them back because I haven’t heard back from anyone there. I have a claim number and everything and still can’t seem to get anywhere.
