being in the studio w an artist is a layup
texting beats to their phone is a free throw
emailing is a three pointer
having your manager send a pack to their manager/a&r is a half court chuck
never give up. Sometimes the progress isn’t linear. Sometimes you have to put in years of work to see all the benefits in one day.
Today is one of those days. I’m on the BILLBOARDS!
worst thing ever is working w another producer and seein them get the 808 out of key and u just think in ur head
“okay how do I fix this without looking like an asshole”
losing attitude:
being depressed cus ur not instantly reaching ur goals
winning attitude:
thankful to have the opportunity to work towards reaching your goals
crazy that
@ozmusicproducer
had two number 1’s , a number 2, and multiple top 5’s on billboard and got overlooked for producer of the year ...
no one else had even close to that level of success this year lol
I’m setting so many plays at once I’m producing, starting my label, signing producers, about to drop merch, making Fyed Up Vol. 1 my best kit, running my youtube etc
never gon stop workin it pays off everytime
not bad for my first full year in LA. thankful to have found success this year despite 2020 being a tough year for so many people. thank you guys for listening 🙏🏻🔊
I started the decade off as a 4th grader and ended it off as a music producer
so hopefully I’ll start this next decade off as a music producer and end it as a billionaire
i used to make youtube videos on fl studio in my parents basement in Michigan…. didn’t know much but knew I was chasing a dream
just got my second top 10 record today
I’m forever thankful for everyone who helped me get here today … wild ride!!!
Fyed Up is going to be the best place for producers and artists to come to
producers won’t have to chase placements we all just gonna work on our artists and get rich together!

at the end of the day I’m from a small town in Michigan and my only dream was to make music
moved to la and achieved my biggest goal in a little over a year
got nothing to prove to anyone I’m just doing what makes me happy and making music that the world will enjoy
my first day being out in LA...
went to the guitar center to cop some stuff and one of the managers recognized me and covered my whole purchase
then I went to get food with my dad and got recognized
seeing the love in person really let’s me know I’m doin something right ♥️
LA is in lock down for a month all the studios are shut down
I live in an apartment alone
but I don’t wanna go home in case I have it cus I don’t wanna risk giving it to my parents
what’s the vibes
one thing I think people who don’t work in creative fields (music, movies, literature, sports) struggle to get is that creatives take their work to heart
my music is literally an extension of me... disrespecting my work is hurtful to me
that’s how bad i want this shit
