@BarclaysUKHelp I understand it’s case by case, but then why are you sorting people out immediately and you’ve told us 8 WEEKS! By that point he’ll be in court, are you going to deal with that if that happens?

@BarclaysUKHelp It would be great if we could’ve got you the evidence quicker but it’s still taken a week to even speak to anyone so, again Barclays failing customers

@BarclaysUKHelp That’s all well and good but the failure was on Barclays end. Barclays broke their terms of service and the onus is on Barclays to rectify the costs to customers, not for customers to prove and be lowballed with an appalling offer of £100.

@BarclaysUKHelp Considering I’ve already spoken on the phone, got screamed at and got a nothing response from the Apple chat because there’s no other way of contacting you. This is disgusting. A 3 day problem and no resolution, no answers and just swerving people’s q’s on here.

@MartinSLewis I don’t know if you can help, bought a sofa @Argos_Online in 2020, replaced in 2021 - caused £2k damage. Replacement have now failed & @Argos_Online are trying to rip me off by only offering a prorata refund despite it being a manufacturing fault & for the item back

Do not ever buy a @dyson product. They provide you with scam warranties and guarantees then attempt to steal your product anyway.
