I've never met anyone who regretted getting sober. I've met a lot that regretted NOT getting sober.

Im more of a "rejoice that christ is preached" kind of guy. Who cares that people celebrated him being a Christian? And now their is a rush to tear him down. That is demonic. Pray for the guy. He was once a brother in Christ and he left the faith because of a divorce (very common). His life just plays out in the spotlight.

The problem with today's church is that it has been made way too dependant on pastors. Drink milk when you are a baby, but learn how to make your own steak as you grow! This is why you hear so much "i left that church bc i wasn't being fed". Well, that's probably good. They should have been teaching you to feed yourself and others. (See Ephesians 4: 11-12)
