I went to a minor league baseball game tonight where my head felt like it was going to explode for a good 2 hours… then someone pulled up beside me at a light, 🖕🏻me off & called me a fat b*tch. The Yankees & the Bills lost. Ending tonight with a drink lol

If one of my friends said they’d lost 15 lbs in 6 mo of being back in the gym, I’d be so happy for them& give words of encouragement. However, it’s me who lost the weight& it’s so hard to talk kindly to myself. bc all I want to do is criticize the fact that I haven’t lost more.

At some point in my 20s, I got really short tempered & impatient. I just wasn’t the same person I’d been growing up. This past Christmas I was around ppl that were so genuinely kind that I decided to make a change, internally. Proud to say I can see a big difference & I love it🤍.
