Don Sweeney sure does seem to suck at BOTH chess and checkers.
This player is a long-term project. Do you have any idea how hard it is for a player of that size at this age? it takes years not weeks or months ! what he does now does not matter what he is doing every day in practice with all of those elite players is setting himself up for success down the road. Nobody needs him to be great today. This is a chess move not a checkers move.
