@Ray_the_Lawless @piyushmittal Just because funds are appropriated doesn’t mean they have to be spent. There is no oversight and that has to end. I give my kid $50 and he spends it on drugs..my bad. He didn’t clarify where it was being spent and I didn’t check.

@Richard41889474 @piyushmittal Congress is partly to blame. They pass spending bills 1000 pages long without objection because they got what they wanted so they vote to give others what they want. Unfortunately, there is zero oversight once the money is handed out. It has to change.
