It’s been a big week! Rounding off my first week in my new role at Bayer CropScience (and loving it so far!), and this morning also had a great article published in the News back home in Moree on my upcoming Rural Achiever competition in Sydney 💯

I was in Moree for work last week and decided to stay and help for the Show weekend. I’ve volunteered for the Moree Show for 15yrs, and I’ve never seen so many volunteers and community support as I did this year! I was knackered on the drive home yesterday but well worth it!

@Stephen75552005 @NetafimAusNZ I started out as a cotton agro so if you’ve got any questions feel free to get in touch! There’s a guy at Finley using drip on cotton and it looks excellent. Cotton Info has management guides that tell you everything you need to know, it’s a great industry for info sharing

I’m the youngest cousin in my family so I’ve never had much exposure to babies, but my little nephew is teaching me a lot - I’m definitely less squeamish around poo now, and I’ve never felt more protective of another human being. If I can make him smile, I’ll always smile 💜

@MartinMurray_Ag Going to be heaps of yellows around the next few years I think, went to Copeton Christmas Eve and caught half a dozen babies (3-4inches long) so the populations must be healthy! What do you call them when they’re in between fingerlings and mature fish? Would love to know 😂

@pearse_kyle Genetically it should all be the same, you’d just be taking all the seed from the best parts of the paddock to plant for next year, you might get better germination that year but shouldn’t have any differences long term
