No. But I do notice people blaming vaccines for this stuff that having Covid actually causes. The vaccines simply limit severity of cases. And Covid can cause damage even in mild cases, not to mention that Covid cases can be asymptomatic.

I had tinnitus for many years before covid and vaccines. My 4 jabs have not made mine worse. Tinnitus has many possible causes. And having covid, even if mild or no symptoms can cause many problems that people blame on vaccines.
