Today I was vindicated in the Victorian court of appeal by all 3 judges.
The charges brought against me by RV Stewards from Dec 2016 have been dismissed.

Rode for the first time in months today, it was my old mate Stalker who I’d trust with my life, but for me it’s a sign that I’m coming out the other side of what’s been the worst depression I’ve ever experienced & that’s something to be thankful for 🙌🏼♥️

Jon found this little guy being beaten up by crows, severely dehydrated & weak.
Lots of water syringed & worms dug up, really didn’t think it would make the night.
Opened the stable door the next day & watched it fly off into the distance, thank god for that 😂♥️

Wow what a day, had to load up the truck & drive to Cranbourne after an incredibly stressful morning waiting for the decision.
To say I’m overwhelmed by the support I’ve received would be a massive understatement!

39 weeks between runs without a track to train at, only a length of third, I adore this horse, through the toughest period of my life he gives me a reason every day to get out of bed, pull on my boots, saddle him up & get out of my own head.

I think my legal team winning our appeal at the Court of appeal against Racing Victoria deserve a shout out, which this biased mob refuse to even acknowledge.
Given they were up against an army of industry paid lawyers & QC’s it was definitely a remarkable performance 🙌🏼

Yesterday the Supreme Court overturned the order of Associate justice Daley to strike out our claims against RV.
Our Statement of claim, bar one claim, is all back in & we now go to trial.
Thanks so much for all the support, couldn’t have got here without every bit of it ♥️🙏🏼

Got home from races last night about 8 to a colic, within 30 mins he was thrashing on the ground so I sedated him & hooked him up to a drip.
Honestly thought he wasn’t going to make it😔
30 mins of fluids & pain relief he gets up, rips out the catheter & eats his tea, horses🤦🏽♀️

Last week was happy/sad for me, we retired Too dark to see (Kim) & took him to my girlfriends to start a show career.
I was sad because I loved riding & having him around but with all that’s happening I don’t have time or resources to compete him.

Last week RV settled my legal costs for this case
Sad that not only they, but rep bodies ATA & TROA have shown no regret they ran a case for 3 yrs they were not willing to prosecute & used multiple QC’s & Aust biggest lawfirm who contributed to errors made by 2 judges, to do so.
