GOOD MORNING ALL ✨☀️! One fascinating lesson I learned in Nutrition was the value of eating a whole apple vs drinking filtered apple juices! Our fruit PEELS contain a large proportion of the fiber, vitamins, and minerals we want! ALWAYS go for the whole fruit!
