Becoming a mom has shown me just how much yoga has built me into the adult I am now. I may not practice regularly rn but my ability to breathe and listen (to my instincts or my 3-month old) is absolutely a testament to the time I spent on the mat (or off). @yogawithadriene.

@vankayak @BrittMcHenry I will never understand this lie about the Canadian health care system. I'm 39 weeks pregnant right now. I have both a family doctor and an incredible OB, weekly appointments, ultrasounds, tests, no wait times and haven't paid a cent. To suggest otherwise is an intentional lie.

I don't see how #Marineland can survive anymore. Ideal scenario: @SixFlags or @cedarpoint (Cedar Fair) buys the park, marine mammals go to a sanctuary, go full amusement park and donate a percentage of ticket revenue to conservation. Niagara would benefit HUGE also.

@naanking My kid was born with a rare liver disease. The stress killed what little supply I had. I had LCs giving me schedule after schedule. Finally, after my kid had a massive surgery *her* wonderful dietician shook my leg and said "stop". My kid THRIVED on formula even w/ a crap liver.

@JamiePBeauty I haven't seen anyone recommend this but it's very very helpful: stretch out your chest muscles and/or do heart-opening yoga poses and breathe into the space with the pain. Your mind body connection is holding tension in that area so physically releasing it will help greatly.
