Go @Jdinesh525 from the Sougata Roy lab at Ashoka Biology…..
Dinesh Jadhav (@Jdinesh525), a Ph.D. student in the Department of Biology under the supervision of Dr. Sougata Roy, recently presented his work in the form of a flash talk and a poster at the prestigious EMBO | EMBL Symposium Biological Oscillators: Rhythms and Synchronisation Across Scales #EESBioOsc, where he was awarded the best poster prize. The meeting took place at @EMBLEvents, in Heidelberg from March 19-22, 2024. He also received the EMBO|EMBL fee waiver support to attend the conference. Ashoka University congratulates Dinesh on this remarkable achievement. About his research: The circadian clock allows organisms to anticipate the daily changes in the environment caused by the earth's rotation around its axis. Dinesh's research focuses on understanding the molecular basis by which the endogenous circadian clock regulates the physiology and metabolism of the unicellular phytoplankton at the post-transcriptional level. #AshokaUniversity
