Have recently implemented Nordic hamstring curls into my training program and they've quickly become one of my favorite hamstring exercises
Not only are they great at building muscle, they're great for injury prevention because they strengthen the area around the knee

Just finished week 1 of my new powerbuilding program
1st time putting a program like this together but I'm loving it so far
I also plan on releasing this as an online 12 week program, with 3 phases, ending with a peak strength phase

He told me he's been curling 30lb dbs so I had him try to strict curl those on an incline
We ended up using 12lbs and he said he's never felt his biceps like that
