@teamallsorts I find that we seem to lack the vocabulary to describe who we are as nurses and what makes us unique. We don’t seem discuss or develop nursing theories in the UK like the USA does.

I’m happy to share the reference list too. I suspect there is an element of tall poppy syndrome for those working in the NHS, there is an element who are very quick to cut off folk who are raising too tall and sticking their head above the trench walls.
