This is actually a staple of western culture. Punctuality and time is actually not as dire in other regional cultures.
to varying degrees I get it, but the way some people are just totally bound by time (and therefore punctuality) is not that healthy. And the sooner it’s recognised as a desire for control driven by anxiety, the better
