Patiala Police have arrested an illegal woman caretaker for allegedly lashing out at a 10-year-old boy in her custody. Crossing all limits of brutality, the woman caretaker used to burn the face of a 10-year-old with a hot steam iron. The woman would beat the victim with a stick for merely not doing household chores to her satisfaction.
