1.get out of a fat mindset: fasting for 12-18 hours doesn’t count. if you want results you need to put in effort. that means longer fasts. we often allow ourselves leniency bc fasting can be hard, but that’s just a mental block. food is the 1 thing keeping you from your goals.

Shopping for bras can be super difficult when you have a larger band size. When I was at my hw I often had to buy bras in smaller band size which was super uncomfortable. Now I can find my true size.

difficulty focusing-
it’s hard to focus when every thought you have is about when and what you’re going to eat next, as well as how many calories it contains.
loss of a social life-
hanging out with people becomes difficult. if you want to be skinny say goodbye to your social life. forget going to lunch with friends.
tbh idk when i’m actually ending this fast bc im grounded rn & i plan on going till im ungrounded so this could last anywhere from a few days to april 23rd 😊😊😊

this is was too good. it’s so weird when ppl see skinny ppl and project eds on them. like no they aren’t disordered ur just mentally ill and can’t accept some people naturally have what you want.
