Putting aside the fact that there never was a Palestine (although, there could have been had the Arabs not rejected it), how do you see that playing out?

Gaza is not occupied. Israel turned Gaza over to the Palestinians in 2005. Then the citizens elected Hamas which immediately expelled the PA by force so they would have complete control.

Israel is not responsible for supplying any of those items to Gaza. Hamas, and Hamas alone, is responsible for providing the basic needs of their citizens. Israel did so voluntarily because they knew the billions in aid going to Gaza was not going towards building infrastructure

1) Hamas was supposed to use the billions in aid that they received to build their own infrastructure . Instead, they used it for tunnels and weapons.

There was a ceasefire on October 6th, and Hamas broke that ceasefire on October 7th.
Hamas operates from civilian facilities and uses people in those facilities as human shields. Hamas also shoots Palestinian civilians when they attempt to flee to safety.
