I keep repeating thus but I swear, BBQs are very mature and considerate. I’m part of all sub hubs and talagang BBQs yun bardahan at dogshowan pero when it Josh needs support or protection, they act as one. They are nice & welcoming too.
Just wanna say that I'm so proud of the bbq's na subrang matured mag isip and subrang laki ng tiwala nila sa amo nila. Josh as JOSH CULLEN outside SB19 is also an independent soloist but you never hear his bbq's ranting and questioning the support of the people around him.

1) Mental health is important. Trainees should have the mental resilience, but there will be wellness / mental health check in.
2) IT IS NOT A COMPETITION FOR THEM. It is a learning experience for 1Z too.
