I lost my Samsung Ring just before the trip to Miami. It had been working amazingly well and I'm almost sure it has to be somewhere in the house, but... I've searched for several days. :(

It's a grave national security concern, sure, and that is in large part due to the high likelihood of a data breach given their seemingly lax methods and practices, but that in itself is not a breach. It's just, per definition, not.

Eh. As someone who has read 366+ books in several past years and who still reads 100+ per year while listening to another ~200: yeah, there is something to the classic reading experience, but quietly listening in a comfortable space is IMO coëqual to reading in it. 🤷

ISO does not fix this. ._. Not even ISO 4217; it only defines 3-letter codes. Currency symbols & their position are not defined or codified in an ISO standard & it just depends on regional history & customs. It's been interesting to see some shift in text use in recent years.

The entire basis of our argument as to why our system of values is superior to others is that we, supposedly, consider certain rights inalienable and conferred on every human by the very fact of their humanity, irrespective of who they are, were, or will become.
