I am 'pro' protein shake. Sure, try and get the majority from real food. But as a busy dad who is on the go a lot, you can't beat the convenience.

About 10 years ago, I started carb cycling. Instead of eating them whenever I want, I now push them around my workout times. A majority of them come during my dinner.

Obsessing over every calorie will drive you insane. Focus on eating enough protein, ditching the processed garbage, and getting those workouts in. Results will follow.

I would never tell a client who wanted to lose weight to just 'eat less and move more.' Coaching people is about getting down to the root cause. Not just screaming a platitude of unhelpful advice.

@PeteBlackburn He’s being proactive. You wanted a player to hurt him? Shitty hit and he should be penalized, but the linesman is trying to prevent anything else. I’m not arguing the hit. I’m supporting the official for a smart decision to make sure nothing further happened.
