Mahirap kargahin yung bike + cargo dun sa mini "park" sa magallanes inerchange, their only other option is to go around nichols.
The elites enjoying the "beautiful" and spacious upper levels while the working classes suffer in the grimy and crowded lower levels reads like a dystopian story.

imo Manila City isn't the most bike friendly but it is probably the most "bike city" in the country.
24/7 u see bike commuters getting around.
The flat terrain alone makes it a perfect candidate for an active mobility-centric city!
The clamor for more areas conducive to active mobility is reflected in the SWS survey results from 2023 that found more than a third of Filipinos own a bicycle.
