"Filipino time" is rooted in "punuan" ng mga Public Transpo Modes.
When transpo isn't predictable, everything you do is banked on chance.
So rather than having an exact time, people will approximate to +/- 1hr rather than within 15 mins.
Why did the PNP manhandle him? The victim Christian Floralde was not allowed to speak to the media, not allowed to hold his head up, not allowed to look at the media, not allowed to take his time to slowly walk into the venue for the preliminary investigation.

Walk or cycle to work.

Here's a good observation for public spaces.
People love shade.
For a good chunk of the mid-day crowd, a lot were taking refuge under any type of shade they could find!

Why is this even a consideration?
We need safe, predictable and efficient ways of moving people.
Why pit commuters against one another for the sake of private vehicle flow. We've done that for decades and where has that brought us?
Some imagination goes a long way

We are in that dystopia.
