More on our work on small-group teaching in medical school! @BJSurgery We found a significant (p<0.001) increase in students' self-reported confidence in the subject, likely due to the interactivity of the sessions & exam relevance of the material.

Really proud of this article I wrote for @bmj_latest; it’s been a long time coming 🖊️ Medical students of today face a lot of pressure to achieve success on paper - ironically that comes at the cost of valuable placement time. Happy to hear feedback & thoughts!
