First game as the head coach of the North St Paul boys varsity soccer team & we ended up with a 2-0 win over Prairie Seeds Academy! In the back the boys were excellent didn’t give up a shot on goal, attacking we were super dangerous & should have scored 5 but a lot to build off!

We talk about winning every day, it means being a good son or family member, it means taking care of business in the classroom on a daily basis, it means carrying yourself well around campus and in the community. We have some smart guys, great soccer players, and better people.
Winning on the field AND in the classroom! 3.51 team gpa and had 27 of 31 get a 3.0 or higher! So proud of our student-athletes!

At St. Olaf we have never had someone broadcast our games and for the first time in my 5 years there we did and I have received so many messages about how top class your broadcast was and doing it solo is so impressive. People absolutely loved the streams with you working.
4-straight years of NCAA Soccer Tournament broadcasts. This sport, nothing compares to it & I’m blessed to get to call it for a living.

The boys opened up conference play today with a nice 8-2 win over Hastings! A couple Hat-tricks for two of our attacker’s tonight & we scored from 3 long throw-ins & a set piece! Some things to improve on in the defensive & attacking thirds but love seeing the progress made!

Something to be said about Daniel James mentality, a winger, in the 93rd minute, after being up for the corner kick, makes a 110 yard sprinting recovery run to try to stop Salah and keep it 1-0. We might have lost 2-0 but Daniel James is a winner & I love having him in the team.
