I'll never understand people who choose to run a business but have shit customer service.. like do you not care about people, money or growth? Creating a positive impact is not difficult. It just requires a conscious effort.

@delussii Legal action is all I've taken, unfortunately this is the outcome thus far.

@sher_xo The solicitors have a duty to inform her at certain stages of the process against her (that's how court cases work) - hence their email to her and the shared response.
