Look… I could very well end up with egg on my face, as this search is all very convoluted and there is a lot of noise. But I stand on my reporting from yesterday in saying that I don’t think Brian Schottenheimer is going to be the next HC of the Cowboys. OC? Very possible. HC? Not from what I’ve heard. And this isn’t me trying to discredit any other reporter as some people tried to pin on me yesterday. Reminder, this is a convoluted process. Everyone is doing the best with what they have. I’m just communicating what I have. We’ll see how it all stacks up at the end of it all.

The way the Cowboys went about this coaching thing is absolute shit. However they made the right decision not retaining Mike. He underachieved with a great roster those 12-5 seasons. This years roster was garbage so I don't blame him but he should've been fired last off-season
