These past couple of months have been very challenging. Vertigo hit me hard and such a scary experience. Just as that got better I got COVID. And now just two days ago my Nanny that lives with us passed away suddenly but peacefully. The pain of sadness is hard to bare.

By far the best Salmon I have ever cooked. Used the Mango Chutney you’ve herd me use on a few things which I got at the farmers market, topped it with fresh cilantro from Lester’s Farm with a twist of lime my mouth exploded with flavour. 9 minutes in the airfryer wow 🤩

Almost two weeks in hospital, two operations and one more tomorrow I am ever so thankful for the people who have been taking care of my Mom at Health Sciences. After losing my step Dad and Nan this year part of me worried that maybe she would just give up. But she hasn’t.
