It always kills me when people do this. A lawyer says something, a non-lawyer says another thing pertains to a position of the law.
Sorry, but this is inaccurate. What was explained here is murder in first and second degrees. First degree murder is premeditated while second degree includes (but is not limited to) crimes of passion as exemplified here. [THREAD]
