I was just in Austin, TX last week, and experienced the 100° temps - in the shade, it was temporarily bearable, but when that sun hit you it was like laser-beam heat. Having electricity blackouts with these extreme temps is no joke, very oppressive and life threatening. 🙏🏻 for TX
