3 yrs ago today I had my last alcoholic drink. Realised I had a problem. Didn’t realise the enormity. Was a ‘secret drinker’: drank socially, drank at home, drank alone. I hid bottles, boxes of wine & my problem well. Please RT. If it helps 1 person it’s 1 less with a problem

Irish schools and colleges have attracted independent financial investment, leaving more money for IRFU to increase its direct funding of its provinces. We don’t have that in Wales. It can’t be all down to mismanagement of funds if the funds aren’t there to start

@cjenks8 @Coombs_A You can give them the Xs and Os but the skill level, the rugby nuance and instinct just isn’t there any more. This should come way before international level. I’m not saying they’re not good players but they’re certainly not world class like the squad before them
