⬅️ #WebSummit2017 vs #WebSummit2024: story in a nutshell! ➡️ Yesterday, we bid farewell to @WebSummit #Lisbon after 3 very intense, coffee-fuelled days of work and speaking gigs 📷 My first #WebSummit was back in 2017 when @BlackUnicornPR was in its infancy👶 I had zero clients, no team, barely any savings, no idea of where I was headed after leaving 8 years of in-house #PR & comms career (agency, entrepreneurship, business world was very new to me) 🫣 Fast forward 7 years, and what a journey it has been! This year, I was honoured to speak on the #FintechSummit and #StartupUniversity stages, some of our fab clients shared their stories as speakers, our incredible team delivered exceptional work for clients, and we held impactful meetings right here in #Portugal 🇵🇹 Reflecting on it all, I’m filled with gratitude and a deep sense of validation: taking the leap 7 years ago to start something new was absolutely the right decision at the time (without me knowing it). Here’s to more exciting challenges and milestones ahead! P.S. if you're looking for a sign to start something new - this is it, this is your sign!
