@brandenflasch That shift feels obvious given the interest rate delta between 2020 and 2023. I wonder what it looks like if you do the same analysis with 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom properties.

@dictionaryhill It’s fascinating to me I live in a place with many EVs, including relatively rare ones, but I’ve still never seen a Fisker Ocean in real life.

@MTBlack2567 Situational makes sense here to me. Druid Grove is a solid solution for a party that needs to spend lots of time deep in a dungeon.

@Talkultra @Apple @footpathapp Exactly why I still use a @Garmin Enduro 2… it could probably track me through a 200 miler.

@BarryRoland19 You can skip the $200 in chemex/press stuff by forking out the $600 for a Ratio Eight. 😂 That said… our Ratio Eight is almost 6 years old and works and looks good as the day it arrived.

@SageCanaday @Strava So many use poorly fitting wrist based monitors and max HR that aren’t customized for their reality. I see 20-30+% higher numbers on my Enduro 2 wrist sensor vs my chest strap. I forgot my chest strap for Boston and the Enduro 2 claimed I was at 180bmp+ for all 3 hours. 💀😂

@Hilbe @CyberKentuckian @Rivian @Tesla I’ve had my R1S since January and what ends up being super accurate is the nav assessment of range on arrival. My Tesla was wildly inaccurate. Rivian’s is either spot on or conservative in my experience, even going through the mountains.

@runliftrunlift I'm a fan of the three-year plan of: 1. I think a marathon is too much to train for. Let's stick to halves. 2. Oh, look, I snuck in a couple marathons and qualified for Boston. 3. Boston was fun! I think I'm going to go do this mountain 50 miler." Year 4? 100 miles, maybe.

@brandenflasch Somehow when I upgraded my account was designated as a legacy account so I get the features without the subscription. The Whoop model works for me… hardware is in the sub. Whoop probably is overkill for folks who aren’t focusing on athletic performance though.

Trail running is amazing because of the community and it exists because of RD’s and volunteers that bust their asses to build amazing events. I look forward to making it up to some @CoastMtnTrail races in the future.
I would like to take the time now to say that @CoastMtnTrail are officially announcing our intensions of launching a BC race in direct competition with this event, in September 2024.

@mattbonig It has now been 2.5 years since I've worked there, but largely the answer, with some exceptions, was "Conway's Law."

@bikeshopgirlcom It’s 70% bad drivers/traffic and 30% difficult parking for me when I opt to not bike. As my PacNW kids say when people complain about rain, “don’t you have a rain coat?”🤷♂️

@SiempreSeattle I respect your opinion based on your experience and years of ref commentary. You can’t objectively say nobody disagrees with the call when the committee set up to evaluate incidents officially disagrees though. Either way, a replay is ridiculous. Shit happens.

@SiempreSeattle The Premier League incident panel says Jota’s was not correct which is what I was referring to.
