Called Comcast/Xfinity to cancel my service. After being transferred to 3 different staff members & 1 hour & 22 minutes later, was told it isn't possible. Said it "might" be possible to cancel on Friday or Saturday! And they asked "why" I am cancelling my service. Really???

@Delta unbelievable bad service. 3+million miles and you decide to move my seat on the international flight and now moved me to the back of the plane in a MIDDLE seat on the connection! Split my family up for the flight as well. Not acceptable!

After 3 Million miles + of loyalty to @Delta, I am switching airlines. @Delta has raised their prices and decimated their Loyalty Program to the point there is no longer an incentive to fly @Delta!

@TMobile after loving T-mobile for decades, you now have the worst Customer service of any carrier. QUIT OUTSOURCING!! Hire Americans who can speak and understand English AND know how to answer simple questions!!!!
