As a Plastic Surgeon involved in Breast Reconstruction for over 20 years, careful patient selection, techniques of Reconstruction have significantly reduced such unfavourable scarring for many. Still room to improve...no doubt!

@Dr__Meenakshi Apart from looking good for this video clip, this is NOT a best way to care for yourself. Speaking as a surgeon myself. You have to be comfortable...and if not, have not planned the set up appropriately! Odd exceptions are acceptable...but, not for long.
