As a mom of a 2020 college grad and a 2020 high school grad as well as both my husband and I being teachers I had tried to hold out some hope for school resuming. Although it’s the right decision it has made today a little sad at our house.

The girls did some drop off on front porches of bags of items made for PE that could be done at home for some of our PEOPEL PE friends. They added some sidewalk chalk for a surprise. Received these pics last night! More deliveries today.

These last two days are my hardest of the school year. We spent them telling our seniors in PEOPEL PE goodbye. The relationships that have been developed are truly special. We had some laughs and lots of tears as this group will be missed. You will always have family at ACHS!❤️

We just got Special Olympic Bowling results! We took 15 teams and 8 are going to state! The ones who aren’t got knocked out by our own teams. We had a great regional. 8 gold 🏅 4 silver medals 2 bronze medals and a 4th place! Jag pride!

So today our Unified Leadership Team hosted our 1st annual elementary track meet and 2nd annual 6-12. It was an amazing day of inclusion, laughter and friendships. We had over 70 special olympic athletes compete and included many of our varsity athletes as volunteers. This is

So we had back to back Special Olympic days so I’m a little slow getting Track and Field results out. But we had 35+ kids competing today and without final results we have at least 20 events qualified for state. It was a beautiful day with great help!
