@warwickmansell As said at the start of my reply I suspect schools do play games with it at times but I don’t think that certain leadership staff coming over from another school is unusual or should be frowned upon.

@warwickmansell I’m not saying that schools never fiddle the system but have you considered that putting extra leadership capacity into a school to cover duties etc whilst the actual SLT are touring the school with ofsted/in meetings is just sensible for keeping the school running as per?

@harrisondcfc How many times you watched him out of curiosity? I’ve seen him 3 times. On one occasion he looked good. If the recruitment nerds come back with the stats to back him then sign him up. Otherwise let’s get some Latvian second division winger in.

That was dreadful. Honestly worse than some of the losses. You can swallow playing 541 against free scoring Norwich away but Oxford at home? Abysmal. Both teams looked worse than when we played each other as league 1 sides. No quality. #dcfc

@harrisondcfc @dcfcofficial How about we just try getting behind a player low on confidence rather than panicking? Our other wide options are hardly forcing him out the side.

@brfcfofana Points totals don’t matter though, finishing above 3 teams does. I suspect we’ll go down and he must be aware of that as a possibility but it’s better to compare points from safety than points isn’t it?
