Graduated from nursing school with two badass women and we ended up running our Neuro/Trauma 1 ICU unit together yesterday! (w/ a charge nurse ofc) It was just awesome to come full circle w/ them from all our hard work, stress and Celsius energy drinks.

Hardest thing bout workin critical care is you try to switch off and be normal when not at the 🏥. After being off for a few days, could be walking right into a poly trauma or crashing patient & have to switch back on to deal with pain/death/heartbreak. We are doing our best 💙
