So be warned that if you agree with how I view these games instead--as experiences where you wander, see an interesting place, and explore all the diversions--then Starfield is not going to be more of that. Not saying it's bad or worse. Just different.

What kills me is that even if we accept this minimalist map approach to facilitate all the areas being generated when you land, there are still much better ways to have a clear, readable map. Even a scaled down version of the one the game already uses for planets would be better.

Way too soon to judge Starfield as a whole but I think I can safely say the region maps they have in the game are terrible. One of the worst things I've seen in recent memory in a triple A game. This doesn't get filled in. This is literally what the planet maps look like.

@kev95570657 @luiz0te I meant it's irrelevant in terms of complexity. Every single shrine I've done so far has been the exact same as I remember BotW's worst one's being: this shrine uses X interaction. It's incredibly simple to understand and do. Then you do it two or three times. Shrine over.

@kev95570657 @luiz0te Complexity-wise they are the same or below the level of what was in BotW. The building is irrelevant but can be fun, just like breaking some in BotW could be fun. Keep in mind I haven't done them all yet. I have 4 hearts and two segments on the third stamina wheel. So about 36?

Overall I quite like the game. I enjoyed the first one too. I'm lucky that it runs well for me (won the hardware config diceroll, I guess, although it chugs hard in some places). Haven't finished it yet so hope it stays decent. 6/10 doesn't have Geralt in it.

Super Mario Odyssey was better than the Super Mario Movie.

@madison_peek_ I get mine from Cracking the Cryptic on youtube. They do two solves a day and if it doesn't look too hard for me I give it a go. I'm still a beginner so lots of them are beyond me. Getting better though.
