@RetroMoviesDB I put this on for family movie night and it is a stone cold classic. I never watched it in full before and was expecting it to be lauded for nostalgia but it fully deserves the title as an all time great

@woodsborodesign Wonka and the Greatest Showman were really good , even for those of us who don't voluntarily watch musicals. Wicked didn't surprise me in the same way; it's far too long and the music itself needed an overhaul, it felt outdated and tedious especially by the last act 🧹

@Gibboanxious Nah - I know people love it but I can't stand this film. The performance was so contrived it pulled me right out of the movie. He didn't have that menacing presence or the rough cut look of a 19th century slave owner. It's just Leo with a stick of beard doing a southern accent
