Today I announce I will stop doing sponsorboards for leagues and events on F1 24
I am not enjoying modding this game anymore, and I am now starting new ventures outside of modding in the racing scene
Thank you to everyone I have worked with, it's been a pleasure
Leftovers from F1 24 and F1 23 indicate that Turkey was meant to be included in F1 2021, but for whatever reason got cut.
Multiple subtitles referencing the GP are still included, along with the track selection flag
Qatar and Las vegas have been confirmed to be laser scanned in F1 23
EA confirm in the gameplay deep dive that they have used a mix of FOM CAD, ArcGIS World Atlas Arial Imagery, height data and photogrammetry were used to construct the circuits
‼️ F1 24 is increasing likely to be on Unreal Engine 4
This is due to no EGO branding on any store page, the EA website, or Codemasters website, in addition to increased game specs vs F1 23
Even though the game is going to release on old gen, UE4 can still run on those consoles
Red flag gameplay was also shown in the F1 23 Features Deep Dive video
Cars will automatically be sent to the pitlane after a timer, where they can change their strategy and fix any damage.
Situations that can trigger one include bad weather, debris, stopped cars and more
🚨 For some reason, the reveal trailer in F1 24 seems to be using an updated version of EGO or a new game engine entirely from the Beta
Either that, or a lot of filters have been used
All final car models currently done for F1 23 in the trailers and videos:
- Alpine
- Aston Martin
- Alfa Romeo
- Mercedes
- Red Bull
- AlphaTauri

The problem with Codies' F1 games is the lack of content. The games die quickly due to lack of replay ability.
Stuff like classic cars/tracks, new tracks, F3, livery editors, etc would add more replay ability and give the F1 games more longevity instead of dying in 3 months
F1 23's Ranked Multiplayer system will work similar to iRacing's Safety Rating progression system
Once you accumulate enough points over a season or are at the top of the leaderboard you will be promoted to a higher division
McLaren's Monaco special livery will be included in F1 23, similar to the inclusion of the Red Bull Miami special livery
Both of these liveries will be available on the FOM chassis on the multiplayer car
🚨 F1 24's tyre model seems to be worse than expected
The ease of oversteer seems to be from the rear tyres lacking contact with the ground, which also explains the reduced rear tyre wear compared to the front tyres
AI also seem to suffer from this, Texas T1 is a great example
🚨 F1 24 will be the first in the franchise to use EA's own anti-cheat, Skyfall.
Commonly referred to as EA anti-cheat, Skyfall is a kernel-mode anti-cheat which runs at the deepest authority level of your computer to prevent cheating
McLaren gave Lando the option at Sochi 2021 and his decision lost him the win
McLaren gave Lando the option again at Silverstone 2024 and his decision is about to make him lose the race

‼️ F1 24 News:
F1 24 Champions Edition will have perks for you to unlock in F1 23. These include:
- 4 2024 Liveries (McLaren, Alpine, Williams & Haas)
- 2 Esports Liveries (McLaren Shadow & Alpine Esports)
After all of the rumours, turns out F1 24 will be running on EGO Engine after all. This comes from early leaks of the loading screen
Hopefully this should be the last year of EGO before they switch to Unreal to coincide with WRC
Expect F1 23 trailer/news in the coming weeks on EITHER of these dates:
- Thursday 13th April (Today, but most unlikely)
- Thursday 20th April
- Thursday 27th April
If it isn't announced on any of these dates, then Codies are VERY late
All F1 23 engine sounds have been changed to make them more similar to their real-life counterparts
The new Mercedes sound can be heard from EA's newest video with an onboard from Las Vegas
🚨 Rear brakes are SIGNIFICANTLY weaker in F1 24 than in F1 23
F1 24 vs F1 23 brake power values:
Max: 2808 vs 3150
Min: 1512 vs 2100
Meanwhile the front brake power has not been adjusted to reflect this change, this is the main reason for cars being easy to spin under braking

That's just not the case.
While I can't access the file to be able to see this, Lamborghini would never be in F1 23 simply due to the fact that no F1 team has an affiliation with them. If you look at real footage from the Pirelli Hot Laps, Lambos don't appear what-so-ever
F1 23 Steam page has been updated, leaking images of Braking Point 2, most predominantley the character of Callie Mayer who we will feature a lot in the Story
@Tiametmarduk
I assume when you were made to do some of the "review" in the deep dives you were forced to say positive stuff about it all? Or was it genuinely better back when you first tested it?
Brad Pitt will be driving a real F1 car alongside the other 20 drivers starting at Silverstone.
Jerry Bruckheimer and Joseph Kosinski will enter an “11th team” to be able to film on track scenes for their F1 movie for the rest of the season.
The car has been designed by
