Exactly 8 years ago today, we started shooting ALMOST HUMAN. In the 8 years since, I've edited 20 feature films which run the gamut from $50k independent features to $12m studio films, and I'm still making movies with my best friend. Not a bad professional run.

The most important thing that allowed us to shoot BLISS on Super 16mm was that Joe and I have always been in control of every dollar on our movies. (With the exception of VFW where we were basically hired by producers to film their script.) A thread for indie filmmakers.

The single finest revenge film ever made. In 2008, HD Net Movies aired a 1080i version that Begos and I taped on a DVR. We kept the DVR for five years so we could watch Rolling Thunder in HD. And now it's in UHD. What a time to be alive.
