@LAzzaliniMD Is rare to use >3.5 mm guided by angio at the PDA. Imaging guided PCI, becomes very common. I used to see patients coming without IVI with TLf or Thrombus. Hard to deal with 2.5 stent in a vessel of > than 4.

@DrIHHashmi1 As you described is a good result. However IMO is deep and looks like the deep of implant could be playing a role with the radial force and the site of max constraint level.
