New preprint! For a few years we've been studying goosebumps in my lab and we've learned ALOT about this physiological response. Our latest preprint shows that goosebumps and emotions might not be as strongly connected as many assume. Check it out!

Great news! I've banned p-values in my master's stats course for the last 3 years. Students instead focus on interpreting effect sizes and describing/visualising patterns in the raw data.

@MatthewBJane Well the weak correlation with self-reports is not surprising because people have very little insight into their bodies. Feelings and physiology are very different.
