Planned out my ride home on @NYCTSubway so I wouldn’t have to carry my two 45 pound suitcases up or down any extra stairs and then the A didn’t come for over twenty minutes so I took the e to west fourth where ofc no elevators or escalators are running to the downtown thanks!

@Derrick_NYC Unfortunately I had already given up and I’m hauling my 50 pound suitcase along another much less convenient route that will force me to lug the suitcase up and down lots of stairs. Thanks for being more on the ball than literally anyone in charge, Derrick.
