@LarsMillerMedia @buzzsprout @TransistorFM As a podcast host, I don't know what actions I would take based on length of listen or "streams + Downloads" - whatever that means ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ - but here's a link to what they offer for analytics:

@LarsMillerMedia @buzzsprout @TransistorFM @LarsMillerMedia It's more than adequate for my needs. Is there something specific you're looking for in the analytics?

Amen!
If you charge hourly, you're likely a liar. You're going to lie to yourself or to the client at some point, if not everyday. You're either going to round up or round down. Sometimes very drastically. You likely tack on an hour here. An hour there. You likely won't charge for that 30 minutes you were showering and getting ready while brainstorming in your mind. You likely won't charge for that hour you went grocery shopping and thought about ideas for the project. You likely won't charge for your hour coffee break away from you machine even though you still thought about the project. You likely won't charge for those 5 hours you went over this week because client thinks you should just work 40 hours in a week but you worked slower this week because you didn't feel great so only charged for 40. You likely say you work 8 hours everyday even though you good and well know you don't. It was more like 4 or more like 12 but if you charge more than 8 the client gets suspicious. You likely did that small design request in 15 minutes but you either decided to give it to client for free or you charge your hourly fee. You told the client it'll just take 5 hours but it actually ended up taking 15 but you tell them 5 hours anyways because charging 3x the amount you said you would is scary and you feel bad. Do you work full-time at an agency and track your hours? Each and everyone of you has lied at some point about those hours. I know I did. My bosses told me to and I quit one agency job because of it. I don't like being forced to lie. I don't like feeling guilty about doing hard work that takes longer time. If you charge hourly and it works for you and you never lie to your clients or yourself, incredible. I'm proud of you. That's the way to be. Just don't get comfortable lying. That's the last thing anyone should be comfortable at.

@asmartbear Classic question! @AnnieDuke has lots useful advice about this based on her experience as a successful professional poker player (i.e., knowing when to fold is a huge part of being successful)
