Very sad news to wake up to this morning: Unfortunately after being found unconscious yesterday & taken to hospital, my grandmother passed away at 11:30PM. She’d been very unwell for a while but it’s still a shock. Everyone who knew her loved her so much. We will all miss her. ❤️

I don’t know if i’m ever gonna get over depression. Turning 27 on Friday has made me realise i’ve lived basically half my life with it, which is fucking depressing in it’s own right.
… but I am giving it a bloody good fight these days. The battle continues. Gotta keep going. 👍🏻

As some of you know I was a bit of a druggie for a while. I could barely go a couple of days without a joint or a line or whatever most weeks. Anyway i’m one month sober & fuck me it’s boring sometimes but i’m battling through. It’s not a lot but i’m pleased with my progress. 👍🏻

Anyway i’ve threw out all my gear, blocked all my dealers numbers, and the plan is to stay off everything for good. I used it to help cope with my shit mental health but it was never going to fix it, I have to go about doing that in other, healthy ways. Here’s to sobriety. ✌🏻

My depression has gotten waaaaaay worse recently and suicidal thoughts are starting to become much more frequent and extremely tough to manage. I think going away for a bit would really help me a lot and after I feel better I can return, good as new. ✌🏻

Been feeling really low recently, thankfully FM has been a welcome distraction and filled my evenings nicely. Video/computer games often get a rough reputation by people who don’t play them but they really can be a good escape when you’re going through a tough time. 👍🏻
