Tonight's the big one, the one with the guy watching the paint dry. Come for the paintbrushes, stay for the glisten. (This is a work of fiction and any resemblance to performative cruelty mongering government ministers living or dead is purely coincidental etc and so on)
Every day this week, a new short story from author @jon_mcgregor celebrating stillness and still life art will be read at 22:45 on @BBCRadio4. Tonight, watching the paint dry on a community centre wall, a man suddenly fears what has been painted over 🖌️

If you're into nuclear bunkers, you'll love this. Launch on Monday at the lovely @BroadwayCinema , who are also showing everyone's favourite nuclear horror film, Threads.
Phew. Copies arrived in time for our launch on Monday @BroadwayCinema, from conception in May, to visiting the inside of the Nottingham cold war bunker in June to arrival today, thirteen writers and one photographer... Well done writers, editors, photographer, printer... and us
