One thing that already seems a success in the LTIPP
@arbitrum
program: a lot of smaller protocols applying, even for not so sizeable grants like 20-30k $ARB.
This means that "inclusiveness", whatever the fuck that word means, is spilling into protocols as well, and this is +ve.
