I never thought I would get to animate a Xenomorph! The Update is officially out and here are some animations I did for the menu! 😄
The Intro animation was heavily inspired by Alien Isolation with minor pose changes. I find it his most iconic entrance!

What happened was, the detection box for your friend's model was peeking out just enough through the left side of the tree for the detection to catch enough of it that he became revealed.

Because Ghostface’s back side extends out further than his front to where the player’s camera is, the revealable area for ghostface extends a bit more forwards than backwards.

Your friend is standing at an odd angle where his character model is harder to see graphically compared to the detection box. For proof of this, if he turned around 180 degrees, you would see most of his body in frame without him moving.

This is a bug caused by an optimization in unreal’s rendering engine, its been in the game for a while now but we’ve only noticed now as ghostface’s reveal doesn’t reset when breaking sight for a single frame anymore. We’re working on a fix!

Alot of licensed games like this will fail because they're too focused on recreating everything they can from the source to try to make it authentic, failing to deliver on the gameplay, but with Evil Dead, you can tell the devs really put alot of care into making gameplay fun.

Yup! In Chinese, if you were to call someone by their "full name" you would put the Family name first. In English, I would introduce myself as John Wang, but with people who only speak Chinese, I would introduce myself as Wang JunFeng (my Chinese given name).

My goto build for ghostie! Pain res, jolt and dms bc i enjoy being a stalky boy and not stressing out on gens, then something for chase, or bbq for bp. Phillys and walleyes addons, but walleyes is just placeholder for drivers license!

Kindof a shame that ghostie’s music is changed, i actually really liked his old music. However id much prefer people enjoy playing him than satisfying my own shitty taste in music. Hope everyone enjoys his new chase music!

the blast mine not expiring when timing out wasn't the original intention, but it only got fixed when i reworked gen perks for wire tap, but maybe they'll both be changed again?
